      <title>Support Child Development (SCD) Educator - School Age Summer Program</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p><b><span>Job Summary</span></b></p><p><span>The Support Child Development (SCD) Educator supports school-age children with additional developmental, behavioral, or emotional needs during the summer program. Working closely with educators, families, and support professionals, the SCD Educator promotes inclusion, independence, positive social interactions, and successful participation in daily activities.</span></p><p><b><span>Schedule</span></b></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Seasonal position: July and August</span></li> <li><span>Part-time: 3.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday</span></li> <li><span>17.5 hours per week</span></li> </ul><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Support school-age children requiring additional developmental or behavioral assistance.</span></li> <li><span>Be familiar with children's medical, developmental, and individual care plans.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with educators and program leadership to promote inclusion and participation in all program activities.</span></li> <li><span>Implement strategies and accommodations outlined in Individual Care Plans (ICPs).</span></li> <li><span>Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate documentation and records.</span></li> <li><span>Build positive relationships with children, families, educators, and external support professionals.</span></li> <li><span>Adapt activities and programming to meet individual needs and encourage success.</span></li> <li><span>Support engaging age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.</span></li> <li><span>Model positive behavior, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all licensing requirements, policies, and procedures.</span></li> </ul><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all individual care plans remain current and support the child's successful participation in the program.</span></li> </ul><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Minimum 1 year of experience supporting children with diagnosed behavioral or developmental needs.</span></li> <li><span>Experience working with school-age children is preferred.</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to adapt to changing situations and support diverse learning and behavioral needs.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work effectively in a one-to-one support role while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.</span></li> <li><span>Capable of actively participating in indoor and outdoor activities with children, including walking, standing, bending, lifting program equipment, and responding to children's physical and emotional needs throughout the shift.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to meet the physical demands of a school-age summer program environment.</span></li> </ul><p><b><span>Employment Type</span></b></p><p> </p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Seasonal, Part-Time, Possibility to Extend past summer based on performance</span></li> <li><span>July–August</span></li> <li><span>17.5 hours per week</span></li> </ul>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>Maven Lane is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educator Assistants (ECEAs) to join our School Age and Supported Child Development teams.
